Pepperoni Pizza Casserole
Check out this pepperoni pizza casserole. This dish will make your face drool and your toes curl – I’m not even kidding. There’s so much cheesy-ness going on here. It combines two of your favorite comfort foods…pizza and pasta!
So, school started back 2 weeks ago for us. TWO. WEEKS. AGO!! I swear, summers are getting shorter and shorter! I’m actually kinda happy in a way though cause honestly, I get SO stinking lazy in the summer. When little man is in school, I get back on a good routine and I feel so much more productive. Do you?
In the summer we grill alot. That’s my husband’s job – and he toots his own horn about the kind of grill master he is. When school starts back though, the cooking tends to become my job again. I admit, I’m a throw it together and go kinda cook. I also love it when I can make one meal that can feed us more than once. This pepperoni pizza casserole is one of those. We can eat on it for a couple of days and then freeze the leftovers.
One thing I keep in stock ALL the time is Ragu® Spaghetti and Pasta Sauce. There’s so much you can do with just that one item, and it’s so convenient. It takes most of the work out when it comes to seasoning too – and besides that, who has time to make their own homemade sauce? I sure don’t. There’s also more than a full serving of veggies in every half-cup of their spaghetti and pasta sauce. It’s a brand that my mom always bought when I was growing up so we keep up the tradition. Don’t miss these other yummy recipes from Ragu® on Pinterest!
Costco is the perfect place to stock up too! I love that you can get the big jars there. You can also shop for your other main staples like pasta, snacks and things you usually buy often. It just makes sense…to buy in bulk and save some cash.
