If you want to make a healthy homemade chocolate chip frappe, here are a few variations you can use.
The really awesome thing about this recipe is that it’s totally customizable.
- Use fat free or skim milk (or almond, soy, coconut milk, etc.)
- Use sugar free chocolate syrup
- Use Stevia or another natural sweetener, instead of regular sugar
- Add a scoop of chocolate protein powder, for extra protein AND to remove the chocolate syrup
Make Enough for the Week at Once:
Make this recipe in bulk by just doubling, or tripling the recipe and freezing the leftovers to enjoy through the week! Just place them in the fridge the night before, so they can thaw out enough to enjoy.
