It’s mid November and I’m still in pumpkin spice heaven. However, I made a peppermint dessert the other day and now I’m all over the peppermint. Goodness! I love when things make my life easier, especially in the mornings – and especially on mornings that I love my coffee more than my husband.

My husband…bless his heart. I soooo wanted to poke him in the eye the other morning. Long story, short. He makes our coffee each and every morning. THIS particular morning, he started the coffee but forgot to put the pot back into the coffee maker.
