Reese Cup Peanut Butter Bars – uhhh, YUM!
If you want my personal opinion – {not that you asked, but you DID just land on this page} – there is no better combination than peanut butter and chocolate. These Reese Cup Peanut Butter Bars are the bomb and they’re just the perfect dessert for anytime.
You won’t believe how easy they are to make either. Take them to your next party, make them for the girls at work, heck – make them for yourself and don’t tell anyone. That’s what I do. heheheheee. INGREDIENTS
10 squares Chocolate Graham Crackers
16 oz Peanut Butter (we used Reese’s but any kind will work)
3/4 cup softened Butter
3 cup Powdered Sugar
2 cup Chocolate Chips
Directions
Put crackers into food processor and pulse several times to crush or place in plastic bag and use rolling pin to crush.
Cream peanut butter and butter until soft and smooth.
Add in powdered sugar and beat until incorporated and smooth.
Beat in graham cracker crumbs until blended.
Spread into an 8×8 pan.
Melt chocolate chips by heating in microwave for 30 seconds then stirring and repeating until melted and smooth.
Pour chocolate over graham cracker mixture and refrigerate several hours until firm.
Cut into bars and serve. Keep remaining in refrigerator.
