Parmesan Panko Fried Chicken Strips
One of my favorite things to eat is fried chicken! Over the years, we’ve tried several recipes and all of the seasoned coatings were – mehh…just okay. I love a super crispy and crunchy fried chicken coating so we decided to give Panko a try! I’m in LOVE!!!
We use this recipe every time now and we’ll never go back! If you’ve not tried it, it’s a Japanese style bread crumb. Super duper crunchy and crisp! You can find Panko breadcrumbs in most any grocery store, just look in the ethnic foods aisle. If you have a hard time finding it instore, you can buy Panko online too!
This Parmesan Panko Fried Chicken Strips recipe is really easy to make, it just takes a little preparation and sort of an assembly line of ingredients. My husband has made this so much – he can make it with his eyes closed and with his hands behind his back! Well, okay…maybe not with his hands behind his back. 😉 I’d like to see him try though!! That would be FUN to see!!

Ohh, and these couple of tips below:
1. If you have a thermometer, it really helps to make sure the oil temperature stays consistent or is hot enough. We always use one. 2. Serve with these awesomesauce mashed potatoes <— That is the Pioneer Woman’s mashed potatoes recipe!!
