BLT Fish Sandwich…yum!

I have a “thing” for sandwiches. Always have. I kind of remind myself of Joey Tribianni from the show Friends because of his love for a good sandwich. Gorton’s recently sent me a few free product coupons to try out some of their new varieties. Since they just came out with the new fish sandwich fillets, I knew what I wanted to do with them! Fish sandwich BLT’s!

Fish fillets combined with BLT’s….it just makes sense! Ohh, and it was good too! All you have to do is fry a little, or alot, of bacon. Slice up some tomatoes, have some lettuce on hand and then fix your Gorton’s Fish Sandwich Fillets according to the package directions. Assemble your sandwich, add some mayo (I use greek yogurt in place of mayo) and voila. Goodness on a bun!
