1. Chocolate.
Plain and simple. Just chocolate. And any way we can get it, can I get a witness, ladies?! I don’t care if it’s a half opened piece of chocolate candy stuck to the bottom of my purse. I’ll just blow the lint off and go for it. When it’s “that time of the month” — I don’t mess around.
2. French Fries or Potato Chips.
Yep. After I finish my ton truck load of chocolate, I go for the salty stuff. Usually either french fries or potato chips. Any other salty snack mix or foods will usually do in a pinch but I really want the dang french fries and potato chips. Now, here’s the kicker. Usually after I finish the salty snack, I want something sweet again. When I’m in that kinda mood, I just go for something that’s a sweet and salty combo! You too?
3. Milk.
Am I the ONLY one? I crave, crave, crave milk during “that” time of the month. Usually this starts about 2 days before so it’s a good indicator that “Flo” is on her way. 4. Salad.
I know what you’re thinking. Salad isn’t a typical food that someone craves, but alot of women do. During our cycle, our bodies have some excess water weight and sometimes we crave things that our bodies actually need. I love a good salad, don’t you?!
5. Fatty Junk Food.
I could eat an entire pizza myself when it’s that time of the month. I tend to crave the really fatty junk foods, especially burgers from fast food restaurants. Or tacos. Yeah..tacos are good too! Ohh, and chinese food. You see where I’m going with this?
6. Donuts.
How can I forget the donuts?! These. Yess. Yessss times 10!! These could fall into the “chocolate” category above, but again…I don’t discriminate. I’ll take any kind of donut. Glazed, blueberry, custard filled, cream filled, a cinnamon bowtie, raspberry filled, lemon filled. Seeeeee?! No discrimination here!
