Coffee and Cream Popsicles – Freezer Pops
Sooo……during the summer months I love a good homemade mocha frappe {<– recipe link there!}. I drink them so fast though, that I get that painful brain freeze. So imagine me, driving down the road — poking my finger into my forehead trying to get the pain to stop! Actually, I don’t drive and drink them anymore because I rarely ever grab one from McD’s since I started making my own at home!
Now that it’s a bazillion and one degrees outside, I’m having these frappes almost, on the daily! For a different idea – how about these yummo-licious coffee and cream popsicles! These are so delicious and so fun to chomp on while I’m sweating my behind off outside on the pool deck. It makes no sense. It’s hotter than blue blazes outside, but the pool water is still ice cold!
Okay, so here’s the recipe. If you’d like to print this recipe off to stick in your recipe box, the printable version is further down below. Enjoyyyyy!!!!
