Easy Chai Tiramisu Recipe
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • ¼ cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 8 oz. mascarpone cheese or cream cheese, softened or at room temp.
  • 8 oz. brewed and cooled TAZO┬« Chai Latte, reserve 1 tablespoon
  • 1 package of lady fingers, or vanilla wafers
  • ground cinnamon
  1. With an electric mixer or stand mixer, combine heavy whipping cream, sugar, and vanilla. Beat until stiff or hard peaks form.
  2. Gently fold in the softened mascarpone cheese, and 1 tablespoon of cooled chai latte.
  3. Dunk each lady finger or vanilla wafer into the remaining chai latte, and layer evenly onto bottom of an 8" square pan. DO NOT let the lady fingers or wafers soak. Literally...just dunk straight in and straight out, and layer into the pan. If you let them soak too long, they'll get too mushy.
  4. After the bottom is layered with cookies, spread half of the mascarpone mixture on top and spread evenly.
  5. Add another layer of dunked lady fingers or vanilla wafers on top.
  6. Spread the last half of the mascarpone mixture on top.
  7. Sprinkle the top with ground cinnamon.
  8. Refrigerate overnight or at least for 6-8 hours before serving.
