Peanut Butter Cup Cheesecake Bites #PutItOnARitz #ad
  • 1 8oz. block softened cream cheese
  • 1 8oz. tub of whipped topping
  • ⅓ cup sugar
  • 10-12 peanut butter cup miniatures, chopped
  • RITZĀ® Crackers
  • (extra peanut butter cup miniatures for the top of each cracker)
  1. Cream softened cream cheese and sugar together in a mixer.
  2. Add whipped topping and chopped peanut butter cups, stir until combined.
  3. Scoop cheesecake mixture into a zip lock baggie, and stick in the fridge to firm up a bit.
  4. Cut off the tip of the baggie (makeshift piping bag) and pipe mixture onto each cracker.
  5. Top each with a miniature peanut butter cup.
  6. Enjoy right away!
