Reese Cup Peanut Butter Bars
  • 10 squares Chocolate Graham Crackers
  • 16 oz Peanut Butter
  • ¾ cup softened Butter
  • 3 cup Powdered Sugar
  • 2 cup Chocolate Chips
  1. Put crackers into food procesor and pulse several times to crush or place in plastic bag and use rolling pin to crush.
  2. Cream peanut butter and butter until soft and smooth.
  3. Add in powdered sugar and beat until incorporated and smooth.
  4. Beat in graham cracker crumbs until blended.
  5. Spread into an 8x8 pan.
  6. Melt chocolate chips by heating in microwave for 30 seconds then stirring and repeating until elted and smooth.
  7. Pour chocolate over graham cracker mixture and refrigerate several hours until firm.
  8. Cut into bars and serve. Keep remaining in refrigerator.
