Sweet and Sour Tuna Salad Recipe
Recipe type: Lunch
  • 2 - 6 oz. cans of Ocean Naturals premium tuna (drained)
  • ¾ c. nonfat Greek yogurt
  • ½ c. chopped pecans or walnuts
  • ½ c. red grapes (sliced in half or quartered)
  • 1 dill pickle spear finely chopped
  • 1 tsp. dill pickle juice
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  1. Add both cans of drained tuna into a large mixing bowl.
  2. Add the rest of the ingredients in and stir until completely combined.
  3. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
Serve with pita chips or in pita pockets. You could also add to leaf lettuce as a wrap or salad.
