Healthy Ways to Use Apple Cider Vinegar
Let’s get back to the basics folks. What’s wrong with what our grandparents, and their grandparents used? Did you know that there are so many awesome AND healthy ways to use Apple Cider Vinegar (aka: ACV)?
I’ve heard nothing but awesome things about this organic, raw and unfiltered Bragg Apple Cider Vinegar. Many rave reviews!
It even helps to get rid of fleas on your dogs, for goodness sake!

Apple Cider Vinegar is also an awesome bladder/kidney/urinary tract infection cure. A few teaspoons in a glass of cranberry juice before bed, and at breakfast, and it’s gone within three days.
I do this also. And we put a bit of ACV in our chickens’ water to help keep their systems working well 🙂

Wow, there are lots of uses for apple cider vinegar, some of which I didn’t know about. I use apple cider vinegar as an astringent about twice a week to help with my breakouts.
My mom used apple cider vinegar for lots of things growing up. My dad used to drink a little from the bottle everyday.

I used to drink it 3x a day, mixed with water. It was supposed to aid in weight loss. It did work, though I’m not sure if it was really the determining factor. I should try again.
I have heard it’s good for digestion and other issues, I just can’t bring myself to drink it!

No, just soak your hands or feet in the vinegar for 20 minutes or so a few times a week until you start to see a difference. Someone I know did this and it worked for them!

I have heard all the greats about ACV. However I was also told when taking it you need to dilute with water as it can burn or scar your vocal chords. I am not sure however I wanted to add that. I have seen things work with me when using it. Thanks again

I have recently started purchasing Apple Cider Vinegar, there are SO many uses for it. I actually used it for a athletes foot problem, and it helped a lot!
